My name is Refael (Rafi) Obergout.
My journey in Montenegro did not begin as a business plan. It began as a love story. When an entrepreneur encounters the captivating combination of dark, green mountains meeting the deep blue sea, it is impossible not to see the potential.
After years of experience in real estate, I decided to put down deeper roots here.
It began with friends I had worked with in the United States. They bought a farm in Montenegro and told me about this extraordinary place. It took me almost three years-through the pandemic, the war and everything in between-to finally visit them.
During that trip and the one that followed, I travelled extensively through Montenegro’s key regions, studied the local real estate market and built a broad network of trusted local connections. Along the way, I developed a strong understanding of the legal landscape, the opportunities available and how to identify exceptional properties before they reach the wider market.
I am here to make everything I have learned accessible to you-from navigating the local bureaucracy to finding the property that makes both your heart and your investment portfolio skip a beat.
